It comes in little drops, enters your mind, poisons your heart. 

Silently, sneaky, piercing every layer of your skin until it gets to your soul. 

Once there, it spreads its evil through every cell of your body. 

Your smile gets cynical, your eyes get those unloving wrinkles around them, your look gets sharp. 

You start seeing evil everywhere. 

You shut down your doors and wait for the next catastrophe. 

It won’t hurt you this time. 

There is a wall between you and the world. 

Your happiness, in case you reach it again, will forever be superficial and numb. 

It will be empty happiness, sticking on the outside of your body, never being able to penetrate and fulfill you truly. 

Oh, please, don’t. 

Don’t bring your venom to me. 

Don’t rape my heart. 

Don’t freeze my blood! I beg you! 

Stay away from me.
